Terms and Conditions

Open Mic T&C to read before you register :

1. This stage is for all stand-up performances and artist e.g. Poetry, Storytelling, Comedy, Romedy Poetry, Singing.

2. You'll be notified about your selection(FOR YT)on the email id or contact no. you provide through this form. So make sure they are correct.

3. The performance time given to each participant will be 4-5 minutes.

4. If your video isn't selected for YouTube upload, then edited video will be provided to you in high quality .

5. You retain ownership of your work, but you give "The Untold Story", permission to photograph or recording your performance for display on their websites or YouTube with your consent (Should you wish to be excluded from being photographed or recorded, please inform any team member beforehand.)

6.There is two hundred rupees charge for performance and one hundred rupees for audience (nonrefundable, however it may be adjusted).

7. Your performance will be recorded during the event and each participant has to pay minimal amount for video recording and editing.

8. A raw video wouldn't be provided in any case.

9. Unauthorized photography/videography of the performers is strictly prohibited. For this, we will be having our own team to do this.

10. For any other information, drop a mail[email protected] with subject "Query Regarding<Event Date>, <City>", we will respond ASAP. Max:12 hours

11. You agree to give us permission to put your video on our website, Youtube channel or other associated partners websites and portals for our organization promotion.

12. If your video is selected for YouTube or any other social media site related to us then we can put it in any format(Full, half, some part trimmed).

13. You must reach the venue 10 minutes before the event's starting time failing which your spot stands canceled.

14. Content should be your own and if any inspired content you need to mention them during performance to give credits.

15. Least age liable to perform is 14 years.

16. Adult content isn't allowed for comedians.

Perks:

1. Performer of the week will win a certificate of appreciation.

2. Selected videos will be uploaded on YouTube.
